Step 1:
Send an email to asparegistrar@gmail.com
Sign the document that it will be sent to you and email it back.

Step 2:
Go to paypal.com
Make an email payment to asparegistrar@gmail.com
2010 Annual fee: $25
The renewal period would be from November 1st to December 31st 2009
